On my next trip to Argentina i want to learn tango. Does anyone know a good tango school in buenos aires? A tango school that is prepared to handle tourists would be best.

Unfortunatly i don't know any tango schools. But there is a big tango event in Baltimore. It's a four day celebration of tango and there are many classes to choose from. Check it out: www.tangoelement.org/schedule

Well, that's not what i was looking for, but thank you anyway, this seems like an interesting event. Unfortunatly it's this week already and i think i can't make it this weekend.

I remember seeing an episode of The Amazing Race when they were in Buenos Aires at the Buenos Aires Theatre and they were doing something with Tango dancing.

Maybe they hold classes there or may be able to direct you to a dance company or school that does. It's worth checking out.

Check out this link here. It appears you can get Spanish, tango lessons and accommodations in one shot. This is something I have never heard of but sounds interesting, I do not know if this is what you are looking for either janwei, but I tried.
