What are the requirements for a tourist visa?

I would like to visit Argentina but I don't know the requirements for having a tourist visa. Could anyone please help me in preparing my tourist visa? And where could I find the immigration website of Argentina?

Where are you coming in from? I know I had to hassle with mine as it felt like a merry go round all the hops I went through. Come to find out, my travel agency had just recently hired a new rep, that ended up misspelling my last name and never informed me about it.
